Better

image links used to indicate different file formats available

Long Description: A number of different files are listed in a bulleted list. At the end of each file name are two image-links indicating the file is available in either HTML or PDF format. The images do not have ALT tags.

Speaker Notes:

How NOT to Identify PDF Links: Better

In this example, rather than using link text, each link is represented with an image. This would actually be a successful method of identifying each link, if each image also had a unique ALT tag that specified both the document title and the type (HTML or PDF). Unfortunately, in this example, none of the images have ALT tags.
