STEP 1 -- MWAS Report PT1.

Start with the worksheet called "MWAS Report PT1" and fill-in as much information as possible. For the "Strategies" section, you will need to select "Yes" or "No" from the drop down boxes.

STEP 2 -- MWAS Report PT2.

Next, move to the worksheet titled "MWAS Report PT2." Here, you will input the majority of the required statistical data. If you are unclear what is being asked, consult the worksheet called "MWAS Report Key" for clarification and definitions. You also have space to enter comments, addendums, and other notes about issues that impact the report (including excluded pages/folders/areas of your site). Note that you do not need to re-enter your department information; it is brought forward from the first worksheet.

STEP 3 -- Print Part 1 and Part 2.

You will need to print both the MWAS Report PT1 and MWAS Report PT 2 worksheets. Together, they make-up the full MWAS Report.
