Longdesc for Script Events

Problem: Mouse-activated text on a page.

Bad Solution: Ignore this text or add invisible descriptions.

Good Solution: use the Long Desc attribute.

Reason: Provide the same content for all users, but don't be obtrusive to users of assistive technology.
